Holiday Inn Golden Mile by IHG

The room was a decent size for Hong Kong - plenty of space for luggage too. THe hotel had a swimming pool which, sadly we couldn't use because it was too cold (not heated). Location is superb, right at the bottom end of Nathan Road, only 10mins walk to Star Ferry terminal and close to lots of great dining options.

Location is Central .

The room is spacious for Hongkong hotel. The nearest MTR station is in front of the hotel under a mall. There's so many shopping place and restaurants around the hotel and some MTR stations too. I don't try the breakfast since there's so many restaurant I want to try. Thanks to Carmen the housekeeper to take care of us.

Great location. Right next to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Close to Jenny Bakery & Bakehouse. The check-in staff, Yuki was very efficient and very friendly. Knowing we are travelling as a family of 3, she quickly check & upgrade us to a family room since it is available. We really appreciate it very very much!!!🥰. Thank you Yuki. The concierge staff was also very friendly & guide us well to The Peak. The room while not big is clean. The bathroom looks newly renovated. There are plenty of eatery near the hotel. Forgot to mention the housekeeping staff are also very helpful

We were here in the midst of a T8 typhoon alert and were understandably concerned. The counter staff who served us was exceptionally friendly and professional when addressing our questions about the situation, and offered sufficient alternatives for us to deal with the disruptions. The cleaning lady for our room was also friendly to our kids, and was always greeting us with enthusiasm every morning when we saw her. When we were leaving, the concierge was also helpful in flagging a taxi for us despite busy traffic, and carrying our luggage to the car boot for us even though he could've left it to the driver. Room wise, despite most Hong Kong hotels having small rooms, our room was big enough to hold two large beds for our family of four. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It's literally a minute's walk to the nearest train station. The building by the side (Maridor Mansion) also houses the popular Jenny's Cookies.
